Since 1996 Michelle Floriano has built an extensive network of executive-level relationships throughout the technology sector. Working with industry leading organizations Michelle has been an integral part of sculpting some of the best sales, management, and engineering teams in the country.
Michelle is a native of Michigan. Prior to entering the executive recruiting field full-time she lived in Arizona and worked in the Healthcare Industry for Humana and Caremark RX. In those roles Michelle received phone calls from many recruiters and she always aided them in their searches. After one successful placement a recruiter contacted Michelle to express her gratitude for the referral. The recruiter told Michelle she was a “natural matchmaker” and convinced her to step outside her comfort zone in Health Care. Intrigued by the prospect Michelle, a high-energy risk-taker, took a chance and joined a boutique search firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. She learned the search business and the best practices of executive recruiting in the Technology Industry. The transition was an immediate success and she never looked back.
In 1998 Michelle opened her own firm called Precision Solutions, Inc. Precision Solutions focused on executive recruiting ranging from small pre-IPO organizations to massive Fortune 500 companies. In 2002 Michelle moved her business to New York City fulfilling a life long dream of being a New Yorker. Because of a high level of name recognition earned through years of working effectively with industry leading executives the firm was recently renamed Floriano Executive Search.

Michelle’s sensitivity and entrepreneurial spirit allow her to quickly bond with clients and candidates to help them fulfill their dreams. She is highly motivated and attributes her success to strong family values, following one’s instincts, and her passion for the recruiting business. Michelle loves NYC, traveling, shopping, sightseeing, skiing, sandy beaches, spa visits, and spending time with family & friends.
